We’re delighted to share the successful installation of two new Agfa DR 600 rooms in Halifax, UK — one at the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) and the other at Calderdale Infirmary.

Agfa Radiology Solutions was selected as the preferred supplier earlier in 2025 following site visits to an existing Agfa customer at Castle Hill,UK,  where staff were impressed by the system’s functionality and exceptional image quality.

Each installation features the Agfa DR 600, equipped with multiple DR panels and our latest glass-free XF technology, alongside SmartGrip™ and Zero Force™. This complete, fully integrated solution delivers high image quality while maximising productivity, versatility, and ease of use. With AI-powered SmartXR™, the systems support enhanced operational efficiency and clinical performance.

The go-live was supported by applications specialists Martin Tew and James Spreadbury, whose expertise helped ensure a smooth transition into clinical use.
