When you purchase Agfa Radiology Solutions equipment, you’re protected for one year (*) against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong due to a defect, we’ll handle repairs at no cost to the customer — including parts, labor, and travel — as long as the system has been properly used and maintained.

It is a contract, for one or multiple years of service support, and billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. The price is subject to periodic adjustment in line with inflation.
