The Galician Health Service (SERGAS), in Spain, has awarded Agfa Radiology Solutions a contract for 29 DR 400 X-ray rooms, following a public tender. SERGAS is the publicly funded healthcare system of Galicia, Spain, a region with 3.7 million inhabitants. The extensive network of public healthcare facilities, situated in various settings from city centers to remote highland villages, is centrally managed, both in terms of technical infrastructure and overall administration.
