Agfa offers four basic types of comprehensive service contracts that guarantee maintenance operating costs of equipment within predetermined limits, and the user can fully concentrate on everyday activities tasks
The Bronze Package is our most basic maintenance agreement package. Agfa will provide professional supervision over your DR and CR systems, via periodic inspections. Condition checks will be carried out by experienced service engineers, which will avoid work interruptions and unexpected failures.
The Silver Package is the perfect solution when something doesn’t work as it should. Our engineers will do diagnosis and implementation repairs. We also do all of them reviews and updates provided in the Bronze Package.
The Gold Package will protect you from unexpected parts costs and components. If something happened breaks down, we will deliver the original one Agfa spare parts. We will also all reviews and updates provided in the Bronze Package.
This package can be activated for different combinations: base only system, or extended, depending on system configuration and needs user (detectors and X-ray tubes).
Platinum Package for Agfa systems guarantees the continuity of plant operation RTG, effective work management systems and gives you full control costs. The package includes both materials and labor, and proactive maintenance and updates maximize productivity and system lifetime.
The Platinum Package can be activated for different combinations: base only system, or extended, depending on system configuration and needs user (detectors and X-ray tubes).
